Physical fitness includes your overall state of health and wellbeing and your ability to perform daily activities. Proper nutrition, sufficient rest, and exercise are essential components. What type of exercise is the most beneficial for overall physical fitness? Functional movement (training) is a total-body comprehensive approach to fitness that trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do every day.  Functional Movement includes strength, stability, and flexibility that can make the biggest difference in your life and longevity.
