May is Mental Health Awareness and I'd like to discuss caregiver burnout. As single parent to a mentally ill child I often feel stretched beyond my limits. I like to think of myself as Super Mom but actually, I'm Super Draggy. Today's let's discuss burnout causes and sources of support. Self-care isn't selfish.
