Teresa Scharn

With a 20-plus year career in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, Teresa Scharn currently leads Nationwide’s Personal Lines Product Development team. In her expansive role, Teresa has responsibility for identifying new technological solutions – like SmartRide® – that support Nationwide’s product and pricing strategy to address members’ evolving needs.

While she has extensive experience in Personal Lines, Teresa also has several years of Commercial Lines pricing and product experience, and has served both in office and field roles in pricing, underwriting, strategy, product management and product development.
