Steve Motenko

Steve Motenko is a certified personal/leadership coach and a former award-winning journalist and music teacher.


Steve's commitment to co- evolving consciousness has led him in two simultaneous and related directions:

Sustainability education work. He's Director of Operations for the nonprofit Sustainable World Coalition and co-producer of the Spring of Sustainability, a three-month virtual sustainability education initiative.

Executive coaching and leadership development. Steve is co-host of The Boss Show, a weekly podcast for anyone who is or has a boss. He's co-author of Land On Your Feet, Not On Your Face: A Guide to Building Your Leadership Platform.


Steve lives on Whidbey Island, WA, where he co-directs a community choir and remains awestruck by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
