Rachel Posner, C-IAYT, E-RYT, is a yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher helping students reduce stress, build resilience and thrive. She offers mindfulness courses and yoga memberships as well as individual yoga therapy and mentoring sessions. Her work is informed by the intersection of neuroscience, psychology and mindfulness and her teachings integrate best practices for the mind, body and brain.
