Noni Banks
Noni Banks is a social media/marketing coach, content creator, sought after speaker. trainer and the CEO/President of The Diva Movement. The Diva Movement provides business coaching, business development training and support to female entrepreneurs.
Noni is passionate about empowering female entrepreneurs to believe in themselves, feel more confident marketing themselves, and show up in their business by providing support tools and resources to help them succeed.
Over the last 10 years, she has helped thousands of women unleash their potential, connect with like-minded women and created a community of women who value collaboration over competition.
As a serial entrepreneur, who also worked a full time job, Noni struggled to find a community of entrepreneurs who addressed her specific needs. With the rapid growth of female solo and sidepreneurs, The Diva Movement was created to fill the void and address the needs of these individuals.
In 2020, Noni was appointed as a founding member of the Facebook Leaders Network, and was selected to speak at the Facebook Community Global Summit in 2019. Noni was appointed to The Facebook Small Business Council in 2018. In 2017,she was the recipient of the Smart 50 Top Executive Awards for Central Ohio by Smart Business Columbus. Noni is also passionate about inspiring young girls in her community. She runs a girls leadership program for middle school aged students in a area school. She is an active member of her community and has serves on numerous boards.
