Melanie Cohen
Melanie Cohen grew up as a competitive gymnast. She trained intensely, spending 25 - 30 hours a week in the gym. Once she stepped away from the demanding schedule, she began to experience weight gain, which continued throughout college.
As her career began in retail management, the long hours in malls and easy access to unhealthy food choices contributed to further weight gain. During her pregnancies, it continued as she reached over 200 pounds by the time she turned 30.
Determined to change her path, Melanie joined a well know weight loss program, lost over 60 pounds, and became a weight loss coach, spending 20 years helping others reach their health and wellness goals.
After a decision to apprentice with an personal organizer and inventory manager she began to recognize the power of letting go of the clutter in all areas of our lives - including weight. From there her new journey began.
At the end of 2022, she took a bold step and founded her own business, ThoughtFully Coaching and in 2023 created the Design Your Healthy Life Strategy program. With over 50 lessons and weekly zoom workshops she helps people let go of the mental and physical weight getting in the way of allowing them to live full and healthy lives.
