Mary Foley

Known for her insights, candidness and humor, Mary Foley offers hard-earned practical advice for navigating change and creating success. It all started when she ditched her engineering degree to find a career she loved, but never anticipated she would find it as an $8 an hour customer service rep at AOL – when AOL was cool – or during her 10-year AOL career where she became the company’s first head of Corporate Training, while surviving six layoffs, constant organizational change, a divorce, and hitting her head on the glass ceiling, even though she’s only 5’ 2” tall.  Phew!
