Liza Mullen
Numbers speak for themselves and Liza’s career stats - more than 20 years of experience in producing and managing stellar events, 500+ local, and international events organized, have a lot to tell about her.
Liza Millan, as most people know her, started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19, providing online travel and ticket services in California.
At the age of 22,
She then worked her way up the ladder in Corporate America when she was introduced to the crazy, exciting world of marketing and events. Liza knew intuitively that she had found her passion.
She experienced working for some of the Top Fortune 100-500 companies like Adobe, HP, Cisco, Yahoo, OATH, AOL, Magento, Google, Intel, Deloitte, to name a few, where she managed and produced, local and international, face to face marketing event experiences.
In 2012, armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and harnessed with her solid events management background, Liza took the leap and decided to start an event and promotional marketing company with her partner.
Liza persevered and earned her first million during her first year in business, she continued to do this, up until 2016. Things didn't work out as planned.
After re-building herself, in 2019, Liza launched her very own Events and Marketing Agency, MASTERPIECE.
Her work is not only enjoyed by her audience but recognized by industry experts as well.
Liza earned a spot in the Top 80 Event Planners in the nation in 2019.
She is also a #1 International Best-Selling Author with her first collaboration book Asian Women Who BossUp.
The Women Who BossUp Summit that Liza has produced won the Bronze Award under the Virtual Events Category in Eventex Global Awards 2021 where 561 entries from 37 countries vie for the top spot.
And just recently, she was presented with the Brainz Crea Global Awards for her creative and innovative ideas and adaptability in business.
Liza has gone a long way since she started her online ticket services business in California. Her positivity was the guiding force that led her to follow her dreams.
Liza is blessed with a son, Justin, who is now pursuing his journey.
