Lehua Banks

Lehua Banks is a Hawaii native. Born on the island of Oahu, and raised on the island of Maui in Kihei, she has deep roots for the Hawaiian culture. In 2006, love bought her to San Diego, and she has lived here for a total of 16 years.

Her current position at Kaiser allows her to share the knowledge of self-care, and how we go about setting healthy boundaries. In her personal time, she is a facilitator/teacher at the Rock Church City Heights campus. Healing from her own pain in life, she teaches women from a place of authenticity and compassion. She shares her own healing journey and is passionate about helping women understand their worth and value. My deepest passion is helping others.
