John Pierre is a nutrition and fitness consultant who has devoted his life to improving peoples wellbeing through his expertise in the areas of nutrition, fitness, womens empowerment, green living, and cognitive enhancement. As one of the first pioneers in the nation to introduce "brain building" classes and lectures for seniors over 25 years ago, John is widely recognized for increasing mental wellness in our geriatric community. Even though John is best known for working with top Hollywood celebrities, Fortune 500 Executives, and military personnel, he dedicates his efforts to helping people of all ages and occupations by promoting the benefits of a plant-based diet, stress reduction, physical fitness, and the importance of compassion in life.
A highly sought speaker who travels all over the United States and Canada to present at sold-out events, John continues to motivate, inspire, and educate others with over 30 years of health-based knowledge and experience. John is a passionate advocate for womens rights and animal welfare. He works tirelessly to bring awareness to the growing childhood obesity epidemic and youth violence. John has been featured in publications such as Vegan Health and Fitness, Veg News, Vegetarian Voice, and his fitness boot-camp and tips have been seen on Ellen Degeneres's website. John has produced and starred in three cooking videos: In the Kitchen with John Pierre and Friends, Vegan Weight-Loss, and When Bachelor Meets Homemaker. His first book The Pillars of Health explores four essential modalities which enhance and contribute to vibrant health.
