Claudia De Pasquale
Claudia is the founder of My Cancer Diaries, a blog where she shares her journey as a breast cancer survivor, advocate, and full-time parent of three. Diagnosed at 41 with stage 1 breast cancer, she found herself with a stack of resources that didn’t meet her needs as a mother of young children, so she created a platform to fill that gap. Her blog focuses on support, empowerment, and healthy, clean living.
During her treatment, Claudia discovered the importance of whole-person healing, which now guides her approach to wellness. Facing numerous challenges during her breast reconstruction—consulting surgeons in and out of the country, navigating insurance roadblocks, and realizing she wasn’t being told all her options—Claudia knew she wasn’t alone. To help others, she recently launched the ebook "Breast Reconstruction—What’s the Deal?". The book breaks it all down with humor, heart, and helpful tips because breast reconstruction is like deciding on a new hairstyle—except it involves a surgeon, recovery time, and no fancy salon. But no pressure, right?
A former marketing and sales professional, Claudia now dedicates her time to inspiring others to embrace healthy lifestyles, get out in nature, and thrive in the face of life’s challenges. When she’s not chasing her three kids, she enjoys traveling the world, making lasting memories with her family, or walking her dog.
