In 2003, Brenda was trained in Hypnotherapy and from that experience Brenda has been leading meditations and facilitating past life journeys for many people. Brenda facilitates energy balances, healings, coaching and spiritual workshops that cover a wide range of topics from The Chakras to Psychic Development.
