I hope you will join me today as I have a very direct and honest conversation with you about the cost of our excuses.  Our excuses to not show up.  Our excuses to not do the work.  To stay comfortable in our judgement.  To excuse our excuses.  To justify and validate why this is not a good time to make that call, say that sorry, hold that boundary, be more assertive, have that difficult conversation, speak what is true, make that decision, love ourself.  This is a conversation not only do you not want to miss, I don't want you to miss it.
